We have benefitted personally and professionally from the study of music and want to help others have the same opportunity. On an annual basis, we will donate 10% of the profits of The Musician's Toolbox to organizations that support music education.

There is no application process and all donations will be made solely at our discretion. To be considered, organizations (businesses, not-for-profits, educational institutions, et al) must be actively involved in creative research, teaching or advocacy that results in the promotion and/or betterment of music education.

The first donation will occur in January 2008, to allow time for the accumulation of proceeds after the August, 2006 release of the book. The recipients will be contacted by the authors or appointed representative, and will be acknowledged on this website and in other print media at the discretion of the authors and with the mutual consent of the recipients.
